What could be the reason why an alert is not working?

Confirm the alert configuration. From the main menu, select Configuration > Alerts. Select the alert and in the toolbar click on Edit. In the Alert Properties window:

 

  • Check if the event for which the alert is defined is confirmed.
  • Review the location of the resources associated with the alert. For example, if the alert is associated with a group of employees, confirm the employees included in this group.
  • In the “Notify distribution list” option you must confirm the distribution list. From the main menu select Configuration > Distribution lists. Select the distribution list and click on Edit. In Distribution List Properties you must confirm the users included in the distribution list.
