What are the general parameters that must be performed on the mobile device in order for the system to provide its location?

From the device, select Settings >Location Services and confirm that the use of networks and/or the use of wireless GPS satellites are selected. Also confirm that the application has been granted the appropriate localization permissions. From the OfficeTrack application, select Settings and check that the Privacy option is not selected.
