My employee can’t see the catalog from his mobile application What can I do?

To access the complete catalog from your mobile device, go to Settings > Employee profiles. Select the desired profile and click on the “Edit” button. Within the profile, go to the Catalog tab and check the box “Complete search in the Company Catalog”. Then click on “Save and exit”.
