If a subscriber’s status is updated from Closed and then reverts to Open status, is the subscriber’s historical data saved?

When updating the status of a subscriber to Closed, the employee card associated with that subscriber is not removed from the system; it remains in the system as an employee card that is not associated with a subscriber. When the status returns to Open, the subscriber can be re-associated to the same employee card with which he/she was previously associated. This saves the subscriber’s data history.

 

Note: This option is not available if the employee card has been deleted from the system.
