
I made a change in a form and it does not show up on the mobile device, what can I do?
Whenever a change is made to a form, a partial or total synchronization must be made so that the changes are reflected in the application. To do this, go to Settings and select “partial synchronization” or “full synchronization”.
Note: Please note that full synchronization takes a few minutes. In case of a change related to forms, a partial synchronization will be enough to see the changes reflected in the application.
