I have added a subscriber to my account, but the management system does not show his location. What can I do?

Perform one or more of the following actions:

  • From the mobile device, confirm that the OfficeTrack application is open.
  • From the OfficeTrack application, go to Location > Send current location.
  • From the OfficeTrack application, go to Settings, and confirm that Privacy is not selected.
  • In the management system, from the list of resources, select the employee (subscriber) and, in the drop-down menu that appears when you right-click on the mouse, click on Send > Request location > Resource.
