OfficeTrack NG Mobile its affiliates (“OfficeCore.com” or the “Company”) offer task management solution with an option to record GPS and data on its form app. OfficeTrack record GPS information for geo-fencing, location alert and ETA notification. The data is being sent to OfficeTrack server to manage and view by the registered users of the portal. When you use our mobile app, you’re trusting us with your information. To use our mobile app, you must be registered with a company that is under a license to use OfficeTrack services and mobile solution.

In this Privacy Policy, the term “personal information” means information your company register on our system which has your working email address, Phone number and your name, and, in certain circumstances, your location and route information or other data which can be reasonably linked to such information by OfficeTrack

You can adjust your Privacy location privacy Settings in the OfficeTrack app and choose to work in a privacy mode where location information will not be shown on OfficeTrack portal

User Accounts & Accessing the Services

Please note that when you use our OfficeTrack NG app, we connect your resource card to this mobile number to sync information from your device to the OfficeTrack portal. This enables near to real-time information to be presented on your device and on OfficeTrack portal. Nobile app without register resource card and valid connection code activation may affect your ability to work with the system.

What information that is being collected

We want you to understand the information we collect as you use our services

OfficeTrack NG mobile app collects information about your location when you report on a task entry, attendance entry, respond to a BID, fill out a form, send location request, open the app and perform a full sync request.

In this activity, the app sends the related information you provided along with the Date and Time of this activity and the GPS coordinate.

We are doing it to ensure your use and your support manager's use in the system is maximized and provides real value to them and you.

It is important to know that when you first activate your device to the service; we are sending the app your user profile based on the way it was defined by your support manager. Your profile will match the activity and the data that can be collected and perform on the app.

Information we collect as you use our services:

OfficeTrack collects information about the use of the Services and information from the device you have OfficeTrack installed on. This helps us to learn and improve our services and provides you with better customer experience. For example:

• OfficeTrack collect when you turn the app on/ off, last sync operation, GPS signals, date and time
• We also record your device type, unique identifiers, operating system type & version, battery usage, the geographic location of the device that you are using to log in
• We also collect information about the interaction of your devices with our Services, including crash reports, system activity, the date and time, and referred URL of your request
• We check the state of your phone when you open OfficeTrack app foreground or background

We use various technologies to collect and store information on Android mobile devices or similar technologies, local storage, application data caches, databases, and server logs.

Why OfficeTrack collects data

OfficeTrack may use information collected from or provided by you for the following purposes:

Provide our services - We use your OfficeTrack mobile app information to deliver our services. For example:

• Use your location to send you a BID work request,
• We send you an alert if your location doesn’t match your job order location
• We notify your support manager on the information you report on your form
• We create reports and statistics for OfficeTrack registered site
• We send an ETA notification message to your customer on your estimate arrival time

Maintain & improve our services

• We also use your information to ensure our services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues you report to us. And we use your information to improve the service or to develop new features or services.

Measure performance

• We use data for analytics and measurement to understand how our services are used. For example, we analyze data about your usage of the Services to do things like optimize product design
• We also use your information to send you updates, notices, announcements, through push notifications, email address and SMS

When OfficeTrack shares your information

Privacy controls

Your in-app Privacy Settings provide you with quick access to settings and tools that let you safeguard your data and decide if your location should be sent to OfficeTrack server. If you go on OfficeTrack settings please select PRIVACY OFF to disable your Location from being sent to the OfficeTrack portal

Please note that on average the data from your mobile is stored on OT server for 90 days, this may vary depend on the type of data and the licenses your company has selected to get.

Information security

OfficeTrack considers information security to be a top priority. OfficeTrack services are built with strong security features that continuously protect your information. OfficeTrack implements systems, applications and procedures to secure your personal information, to minimize the risk of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorized access or use of information. For example, we review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to our systems. In addition, we restrict access to personal information to OfficeTrack employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or ended if they cannot meet these obligations.

The insights we gain from maintaining our services help us detect and automatically block security threats from ever reaching you.

However, these measures cannot provide absolute assurance.
